After letting our friend Paul know that we were officially starting a salt company to make the artisan salts he'd tasted once upon a time, he promptly said "That's great! It's been two years since I last tasted that salt, and now my mouth is watering just thinking about it". Needless to say, he ordered a case and gave it to all his friends and business associates.

Sue called at midnight (...laughing), and proceeded to relay the fact that her boyfriend, John, was hungry that night, and had decided to make some Ramen® Noodles. He was crushed to learn that his noodles were defective, and no flavor pack was included. Ready to abort the endeavor, Sue mentioned that we happened to have given her some ShireGoods Minis, and she gave him one. He was so excited at how great it tasted that, despite the late hour they had to call and tell us!
